A tool that many people know nothing about is Google Alerts. The only reason I even know anything about it is because of Ed Dale at the Thirty Day Challenge. It allows you to enter a keyword into the system and then each time Google’s spider recognizes it you will be notified via email. One word of advice, pick a term that is unique or has several terms so that you are not receiving a millions emails for a term that is all over the place. I use it to track articles that are written about Rolling. Check out the posts below for more info.

We are very excited about our screening of Rolling in Melbourne. This will be our Southern Hemisphere Premiere. I hope anyone down under can attend!

Check out the new logo for Believe Entertainment. It was designed be the hugely talented Ernesto Portillo. Many thanks go out to him and Vlad for making this happen.

The producers of Rolling are looking for DJs, bands, artists,
producers, and labels to submit tracks for consideration to be included
in the film and soundtrack. The winners will have their song in the
film and on the soundtrack. The film already has much of the music
selected, but there are still a few slots that need to be filled. We
will accept all styles and genres, so long as you have full rights. The
soundtrack will include music from Simply Jeff and Kazell, as well as
many other artists. If you would like to submit your stuff send us a
file or link to soundtrack@rollingmovie.com. The deadline for
submission is November 31, 2007. We look forward to hearing your music!
This is a test. Today, the Rolling Trailer has 5,688 total views. I am going to use some techniques to promote the trailer with the ultimate goal of generating more traffic to the Official Rolling Website.
I will report back to you once I have implemented all of the strategies and given them a little time to work their magic. Until, then…if you don’t have your work on YouTube, DO IT NOW!!
